At Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Primary School, we are committed to ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all students in our care. To help achieve this, we employ a Wellbeing Officer on a part time basis to work with student, families and staff.
Supporting Families
At OLSH we understand that families are the experts when it comes to their children. All families face ‘tough times’, some families need more support to manage, at these times and where ever possible we support families throughout these times. Our Wellbeing Officer can support, advise and refer for families to access services when the need arises.

Supporting Students
At OLSH we endeavour to support the growth and development of the whole student. We provide support to ensure the social and emotional wellbeing of our students is supported and students are able to flourish and a safe and supportive environment. Our Wellbeing Officer is able to provide support through incidental 'Check-ins', individual sessions, group sessions and family sessions.

Programs
OLSH has a number of evidence-based programs that run throughout the entire school, or are available to students as the need arises. These include: Zones of Regulation, You Can Do It, Socially Speaking, A Volcano In My Tummy, Seasons for Growth and Bounce Back. More information is available on the 'Programs' tab.
