Catholic education is supported by State and Federal Government funding, with school fees contributing to the remaining cost of educating each child.
We are committed to ensuring every family has access to a Catholic education. Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to speak with the Principal, as confidential fee assistance is available.
Fees - 2026
Family fee – $950 per family
Supports the day-to-day operation of the school, including pastoral care, facilities and grounds maintenance. One copy of the school magazine is included for each family.
Capital fee – $185 per family
Contributes to major building projects, renovations, maintenance and significant equipment purchases.
Student fee – $270 per student
Covers stationery, classroom resources, subject materials and selected educational activities and excursions.
- Third child attending OLSH at the same time: 50% reduction in the student fee.
- Fourth and subsequent children: No student fee applies.
Camp fees
- Years 3–4 (Swan Hill): $450
- Years 5–6 (Halls Gap): $600
Camp fees are included on your school fee statement.
Excursions and incursions
Local excursions, incursions and other optional activities are charged separately as they occur.
